Eldership of Biržai

The city of Biržai has the status of a separate eldership in the municipality. The eldership borders with Širvėna and Parovėja elderships. The size of the territory: 16.35 km².

In 2009 Biržai Eldership was divided into 10 smaller local elderships: Agaro, Aušros, Gimnazijos, J. Basanavičiaus, Jovaro, Kęstučio, Laisvės, Rotušės, Upės, Žemaitės.
