­­­­­­­­­­Terms of delivery: We deliver only in Lithuania. We ship within 2-4 days, after the payment is received. If we cannot deliver the goods within the already set term - we will notify you by phone and inform you when the goods could be delivered.  We send orders by Lithuanian Post registered mail, or via LP Express and DPD self-service parcel terminals. Picking up orders directly from Biržai Tourism Centre is free. 

• We ship to all Lithuanian cities and towns. Shipping costs 3.00 Eur.
Return policy:
Deficiencies of the sold goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced and returned, in accordance with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania by the 29th of June 2001  order no. 217 "On Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items". 
The following conditions must be met when returning the goods: 
1. the goods must be returned in the original packaging; 
2. the goods must not have any damage;
3. the product must be unused and without losing its commercial value and appearance (for example, original labels, protective films, etc.)
4. the goods must be in the same complete set as the Buyer received them;
5. when returning the goods, it is necessary to present a proof of purchase from our online shop; 
6. the Seller has the right not to accept the goods after the return, if the Buyer does not meet the requirements listed in the paragraphs 1 to 5; 
7. upon return of the received wrong product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar ones.
