1. From Vabalninkas to Butautai
Vabalninkas-Biržai-Pabiržė-Likėnai-Karajimiškis- Biržai
Vabalninkas. Vabalninkas Town Museum, Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Gallery of Carvings of Vidas Jatulevičius.
Biržai. Narrow-gauge railway complex, St. John the Baptist Church of Biržai, BiržaiCastle, Evangelical Reformed Church of Biržai.
Astravas. Architectural complex in Astravas (palace of Tiškevičius), park, dam-bridge, footbridge across Širvėna Lake, the longest in Lithuania (525 m).
Pabiržė. Holy Trinity Church in Pabiržė, rectory and church complex (end of the 18th century), monuments to Vytautas the Great and to Motiejus Valančius in Pabiržė.
Likėnai. Smardonė Spring, a hydrological-geological monument of nature. Užubaliai Wetlands Reserve.
Karajimiškis Landscape Reserve. TheReserve is a field of geological engineering and geodynamic monitoring (59 sinkholes). The reserve boosts the most famous and largest sinkhole in Lithuania, called Cow’s Cave(Karvės Ola).

2. Discovering Biržai
Biržai. Biržai Castle, Biržai Regional Museum Sėla, St. John the Baptist Church, Evangelical Reformed Church of Biržai, memorial to perished in battles for Independence of Lithuania, Memorial to the poet Julius Janonis, building of post, narrow-gauge railway complex, Aero Club of Biržai.
Astravas. Architectural complex in Astravas (palace of Tiškevičius), park, dam-bridge, footbridge across Širvėna Lake, the longest in Lithuania (525 m).
Karajimiškis Landscape Reserve. TheReserve is a field of geological engineering and geodynamic monitoring (59 sinkholes). The reserve boosts the most famous and largest sinkhole in Lithuania, called Cow’s Cave(Karvės Ola).
Kirkilai Landscape Reserve. Sinkholes are scattered everywhere: in fields, meadows, forests, and even close to buildings. Many sinkholes are 20 to 30 metre in diameter and 8 to 11 metres deep. The most spectacular area is a group of lakelets of Kirkilai, the only one of the kind in the Baltic States. A circular lake indicates that the lake evolved from a collapsed sinkhole. When a sinkhole collapsed to expose the water table at the surface, the sinkhole was filled with water forming a small circular lake.
Pabiržė. Holy Trinity Church in Pabiržė, rectory and church complex (end of the 18th century), monuments to Vytautas the Great and to Motiejus Valančius in Pabiržė.

3. Journey ‘To the Museum of Depths of the Earth’
Biržai Castle. Built in 1575-1589 by Kristupas Radvila for the defence against Swedes. It is the only well-preserved castle with bastions in the country. The restored palace houses the public library and Biržai Regional Museum Sėla.

Geological sites. Dolomite outcrops: Outcrop of Tabokinė, Outcrop of Muoriškiai, Cave of Velniapilis.

Historical sites. The confluence of rivers Apaščia and Nemunėlis, where the Radvila family have built fortress with bastions in 17th century and a 17th-18th century cemetery of Swedes is located.
